↑ Return to Governors

What we do

We have three key roles:

  • To be strategic and this includes planning the school’s future direction
  • To act as a critical friend, supporting the head teacher and working with all staff to decide how the school can encourage pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural development
  • To be accountable, in particular for the performance of the school to parents and the wider community

The Governing Body was reconstituted on 6th March 2015 and co-opted Governors were re-appointed to serve for four years from that date. End of term of term of office dates are shown in brackets.

Term of office is 4 years.
