History of the school Panshanger Primary School is situated on the east side of Welwyn Garden City.  The school opened in January 1969 and a Nursery class was added in September 1997. Admissions

Panshanger is a one form entry school with a standard intake of 30 children. In-year or Reception admission arrangements are managed by Hertfordshire County Council.
